Most palletized workholding still relies on manual clamping or external hydraulics/pneumatics. Our compact HPUs (and valves) are small and affordable enough to integrate directly into the pallet.

Quiet, Convenient, 12-48v DC HPUs for Machining Centers

Anyone who has spent time on a lathe knows the familiar whine of its hydraulic power unit.

  • Proprietary pump design reduces acoustic noise by 10 - 20 dB.

  • Integrated HPUs can run off of 12-48V DC, no need for high voltage or a VFD.

Low-ripple Pumps for Ultra-Precision Hydrostatics

  • Standard pumps have ripples ranging from 5 - 15%. Adaract HPUs have ripples on the order of ~2% without any external accumulators.

  • Adaract HPUs have high efficiencies on ultra thin fluid (~ 5 cSt), allowing for reduced viscous losses and heating in hydrostatic bearings.
