ADARACT WINS FIRST PLACE AT NEVADA-BASED STARTUP COMPETITION, ANGELNV, SECURING $400,000 INVESTMENT

After several rounds of pitching and evaluation over the course of 3 months, Adaract won first place out of a group of seven finalist startups in a “Shark Tank-Style” finale in Las Vegas.

Held at Las Vegas City Hall on April 29th, Adaract triumphed over more than 100 Nevada-based startups to claim first place and secure a $400,000 investment.

Adaract Meets With Nevada Senator Cortez Masto and University of Nevada, Reno President Brian Sandoval

The Adaract team had the honor of discussing our innovation with two community leaders in northern nevada, Senator Cortez Masto and UNR President Brian Sandoval.

Nevada Senator Catherine Cortez Masto was visiting the University of Nevada, Reno on August 15th, 2022 to tour the Applied Research Facility (ARF), a hub of research, innovation, and outreach endeavors on campus. Adaract was one of the few affiliate companies operating within the ARF that was chosen to meet with the senator and the university’s president, Brian Sandoval.

During a tour of Adaract’s industrial workspace, the Adaract team had a unique opportunity to discuss their innovations and ambitions. Both intrigued, the senator and university president applauded Adaract’s efforts at creating revolutionary solutions for those with physical disabilities as well as offered support in accomplishing this mission. The Adaract team is excited for any collaborative opportunities that come from this visit.
